Here are the ways to get the services of Influencers/KOLs

1. Choose the type of influencers/KOLs you need.
10k to 99k is Micro Influencer
100k to 999k is Macro Influencer
1 million and above is Mega Influencer

2. Please select an KOLs that may fit your marketing campaign and budget.

3. Please fill in all the required information in the form. Make sure all the details regarding the marketing campaign you need are explained to make it easier for the KOLs to understand before accepting the assignment.

4. Please attach any documents, photos, videos or materials that can help the KOLs understand about this assignment.

5. Please also attach the contract of agreement for the KOLs to consult first before accepting the assignment so that it is appropriate and does not violate any of the KOLs existing contracts.

6. You need to state the offer you want to give to KOLs and KOLs will review and provide an invoice with a price list guided by the assignment given. Invoice will be given within 24 hours via email if KOLs agree to accept the assignment given

7. After you submit an assignment to the KOLs, you have to wait within 24 hours for the KOLs to respond either accept or reject the assignment.

8. If the payment is by way of periodic payment, it must be explained in the payment method contract that you provide. The first payment should be 50% of the total amount. The next payment is according to the progress of the given task.

9. Payment made will be held by us. The first payment will be given directly to the KOLs upon completion of signing the agreement for this task and the next payment will be given to the KOLs when he reaches the target, Kpi or completes the task according to what was agreed.

10. If the KOLs accepts this assignment, the KOLs representative will contact you for negotiation and understanding of both parties. (The representative will contact you by phone or email). He will also ask you to amend the agreement if necessary. And if everything is agreed by the parties you and KOLs, we need to sign an agreement of both sides. The signed agreement will be submitted in PDF format to us from you and the KOLs.

11. Payment links to make payments will be provided via email and message inbox in the Esportsmy application. All progress and updates regarding this task will be notified via email and message in the inbox in the Esportsmy application.

Terms and conditions:

  1. Scope of Services: Our influencer will provide the agreed upon services as described in the contract.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment will be made in two installments, with 50% due before the campaign starts and the remaining 50% due within 30 days from the invoice. All proposed prices are rough estimations based on our recommended pricing model as of Q1 2023 and may vary over time depending on the influencer's market rate.

  9. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our influencer from any claims arising from the services provided under this agreement.
  10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia goverment.
  11. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

Here are the ways to get the services of Influencers/KOLs

1. Choose the type of influencers/KOLs you need.
10k to 99k is Micro Influencer
100k to 999k is Macro Influencer
1 million and above is Mega Influencer

2. Please select an KOLs that may fit your marketing campaign and budget.

3. Please fill in all the required information in the form. Make sure all the details regarding the marketing campaign you need are explained to make it easier for the KOLs to understand before accepting the assignment.

4. Please attach any documents, photos, videos or materials that can help the KOLs understand about this assignment.

5. Please also attach the contract of agreement for the KOLs to consult first before accepting the assignment so that it is appropriate and does not violate any of the KOLs existing contracts.

6. You need to state the offer you want to give to KOLs and KOLs will review and provide an invoice with a price list guided by the assignment given. Invoice will be given within 24 hours via email if KOLs agree to accept the assignment given

7. After you submit an assignment to the KOLs, you have to wait within 24 hours for the KOLs to respond either accept or reject the assignment.

8. If the payment is by way of periodic payment, it must be explained in the payment method contract that you provide. The first payment should be 50% of the total amount. The next payment is according to the progress of the given task.

9. Payment made will be held by us. The first payment will be given directly to the KOLs upon completion of signing the agreement for this task and the next payment will be given to the KOLs when he reaches the target, Kpi or completes the task according to what was agreed.

10. If the KOLs accepts this assignment, the KOLs representative will contact you for negotiation and understanding of both parties. (The representative will contact you by phone or email). He will also ask you to amend the agreement if necessary. And if everything is agreed by the parties you and KOLs, we need to sign an agreement of both sides. The signed agreement will be submitted in PDF format to us from you and the KOLs.

11. Payment links to make payments will be provided via email and message inbox in the Esportsmy application. All progress and updates regarding this task will be notified via email and message in the inbox in the Esportsmy application.

  1. Scope of Services: Our influencer will provide the agreed upon services as described in the contract.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment will be made in two installments, with 50% due before the campaign starts and the remaining 50% due within 30 days from the invoice. All proposed prices are rough estimations based on our recommended pricing model as of Q1 2023 and may vary over time depending on the influencer's market rate.
  3. Influencer List: The list of influencers includes a mix of races, genders, and categories.
  4. Campaign Duration: Each proposal is for one campaign brief and must be completed within 1 month, without staggering postings across 6 months.
  5. Deliverables: The deliverables offered in the packages are flexible, and changes may be requested for more videos or different social media. Please contact our Account Manager for further discussion through this platform.
  6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of this agreement strictly confidential.
  7. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with [10 days] days written notice.
  8. Representations and Warranties: Our influencer represents and warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and satisfactory manner.
  9. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our influencer from any claims arising from the services provided under this agreement.
  10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia goverment.
  11. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

How to Hire the Influencer/KOLs

Here are the ways to get the services of Influencers/KOLs

1. Choose the type of influencers/KOLs you need.
10k to 99k is Micro Influencer
100k to 999k is Macro Influencer
1 million and above is Mega Influencer

2. Please select an KOLs that may fit your marketing campaign and budget.

3. Please fill in all the required information in the form. Make sure all the details regarding the marketing campaign you need are explained to make it easier for the KOLs to understand before accepting the assignment.

4. Please attach any documents, photos, videos or materials that can help the KOLs understand about this assignment.

5. Please also attach the contract of agreement for the KOLs to consult first before accepting the assignment so that it is appropriate and does not violate any of the KOLs existing contracts.

6. You need to state the offer you want to give to KOLs and KOLs will review and provide an invoice with a price list guided by the assignment given. Invoice will be given within 24 hours via email if KOLs agree to accept the assignment given

7. After you submit an assignment to the KOLs, you have to wait within 24 hours for the KOLs to respond either accept or reject the assignment.

8. If the payment is by way of periodic payment, it must be explained in the payment method contract that you provide. The first payment should be 50% of the total amount. The next payment is according to the progress of the given task.

9. Payment made will be held by us. The first payment will be given directly to the KOLs upon completion of signing the agreement for this task and the next payment will be given to the KOLs when he reaches the target, Kpi or completes the task according to what was agreed.

10. If the KOLs accepts this assignment, the KOLs representative will contact you for negotiation and understanding of both parties. (The representative will contact you by phone or email). He will also ask you to amend the agreement if necessary. And if everything is agreed by the parties you and KOLs, we need to sign an agreement of both sides. The signed agreement will be submitted in PDF format to us from you and the KOLs.
